Meet Marissa.
I understand how stressful finances can be on an individual and a couple, my goal is to be a trusted resource for my clients. I will work with you to develop a long-term and open relationship; helping you build your unique plan and achieve your financial goals.
Marissa has over 15 years of experience in financial planning. She was drawn to the financial services industry at a young age; she was fortunate to have worked with her father, a now retired advisor, while in college.
Marissa received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas. She also earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the CFP Board of Standards in 2010. Marissa holds the FINRA/NSAA Series 7 and 66 Licenses.
When not working, Marissa enjoys spending time with her daughter, Madeleine. You can find Marissa cheering on Maddie at soccer fields around Woodbury or the gymnastics studio, she also loves family time at home with her two goldendoodles, Bella and Pixie. Marissa is also an avid runner, having completed several marathons. She feels the road to and through retirement is a marathon (not a sprint); and parallels her two passions, noting the importance of making smart choices early in both running and finance!
